We were notified on Jan 23rd of a planned outage in 3193. Cable internet hasn’t worked since. Telstra’s outage page says a known fault related to NBN but we are not on NBN yet. Telstra keeps pushing back the estimated repair date. Even when Try and ring it says the fault is known. Hopefully someone from Telstra reads this and can give me some up to date feedback. We are relying on mobile hot spot and burning through our shared mobile allowance.
