Yesterday I lost my cable connection to the world at lunch time, Checked the status and was a reported fault for my postcode so waited till i go home from work, Status page said resolved at 1402 on 10th but still had no internet at 1800 so rang 133933 and spend one hour and 27 minutes of frustration restarting modem and computers many times to no avail. the guy would not even get a tech to come and have a look then tells me there is another reported issue even though it still does not show in status on my mobile ( it still is not on status page). Now 10.31 next day am at work so cant spend hours on phone does anyone have any ideas, i see other areas have problems with cable in nearby suburbs is it all related????
