Cable and Internet are not availble due to the new renovation and subdivision?

Hi,

 

I am having a problem to connect the internet to my new property I just brought. This property used to be a single house but now it has been subdivided into 3 unit blocks. Mine one is unit 1 which was fully renovated but it was the original house. I belive the infarstutures inside are remined the same and I can see inside there are cable and phone line connected.

 

I am not sure why Telstra cannot provide me nethier Cable or ADSL for this property even though I saw two phone line sockets, one cable socket, and might be NBN box in front of my house. If anyone have any idea or experienced this issue before, please let me know
