Can't connect phone to NBN connection box

Recently I replaced T-gateway with my own router but have trouble with phone service when I connect my phone to NBN box directly through voice port. I didn't have the problem if I was using T-Gateway.

 

Any suggestions?

The UNI-V ports on the NBN box have to be activated first before they work

 

You will have to contact NBN sales in regards to this
