I have uninstalled the Assistant and reinstalled it using Explorer this time. Last time I installed it using Chrome. Perhaps this was the problem??

 

It now seems to be working OK but I much prefer 'My Online Toolkit' which I think was much more user friendly!!

Hi Dingo.

When I tried to launch the assistant I got a blank blue screen with this message- 

My Online Toolkit can't launch because your computer has an unsupported browser. To continue, install Internet Explorer 7.0+ and try again. 

I am using Vista which is supposedly supported.

I upgraded to Explorer 9 but am still getting the same message.

I am thinking of uninstalling the program and re-installing - do you think this would work?
