Moved house three months ago. FTTN. Getting constant and consistent dropouts. Roughly 90 a day! 1 every 15 minutes! Been calling as often as possible. Raised 2 complaints. Booked 6 nbn technicians and all have said there is nothing wrong with the line and haven’t even com out. Been lied to.. 2 complaints managers have mysteriously “gone on holidays” and never get call backs when promised. So then I have to call and start all over again. What the hell is going on!
