If you are still experiencing an issue with the delayed data top-up, I recommend liaising with our secure LiveChat Team at http://tel.st/hsc3 or via 13 22 00.
Bear in mind, data top-ups requested via MyAccount, over-the-phone, or LiveChat for example can take up to 24 hours to take full effect, however do generally complete much sooner
I will be happy to have this feedback passed on to the team that does have these notifications completed, so they can be updated accordingly.
