Data add on not working

Hey guys, baked our data, trying to reset online, not working. Showing successful but not resetting. Also not deducting any of our three resets. Any help would be appreciated, cheers.

Yes, we followed it up with a call and got it sorted. There was an authentication error making difficult but it's all good now. Thanks for getting back to me anyway. You rock!
