How can the data allowance included with my Telstra NBN home phone account be used up when I don't have a computer or smartphone? Just had a message to say my allowance is 85%

What devices are connected into your modem? Either via Ethernet or WiFi?

As I stated I do not have a computer or smartphone the only thing connected to the modem is the telephone.

Basic Home phone Plan which includes a small amount of data which of course I can't use anyway. Why am I getting notices that my data is nearly used. I have no wifi equipment in my house.

One of your neighbours might be connecting to your WiFi and using your data. Try disabling WiFi on the modem. Press the WiFi button the LED should turn off.
