Dead NTD + battery backup

Battery backup + NTD device will not power on after a power outage in the suburb. Device(s) do not power on. No lights.

 

Calls the support numbers have sent us in circles. Is there an onshore number we can call to have a technician sent out.

The only number to call is 1800 834 273.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
