I have a strange request. On the 2nd of January my modem received a new IP. This IP was blacklisted on spamhaus. Now I dellisted this but I cannot get any mail to work in my house. I use my own hosting at hostgator and cannot contact my mail.domain.com address from within my house on any device. I changed the DNS of the laptop and everything is fine, when my phones disconnect from my home internet, all emails arrive. It just when I am at home on the wifi I have issues. I change modem 3 time to make sure it wasnt that but essentially my mail.domain.com is blocked. Can I please get my domain unblocked or a new ip address.

whats the IP it resolves to> Something that starts with 69. ?
To me this sounds like Telstra Broadband Protects Network protection is in play and the address you're getting is one its proxies
As a workaround I am using another one of my mail servers which resolves to the correct IP at the same host. But to get the proxy removed, who do I talk to, speaking to Tech support on phone is not going to be an easy task as I don't think they will understand what the issue is (took me ages to explain what DHCP was to last tech support when my modem needed replacing). Is there a department which understand the fundamentals of networking and proxy's?
