Extremely slow NBN

I have NBN with a hybrid fibre connection which has been running extremely slow for over a week now. I used to get around 25mps download but now I can't even get 1mps. What's going on?

If by Hybrid fibre you have a NBN HFC there could be a fault on the coax link. You could try the trouble shooter tool

If you have a FTTN/B modem could you post your line stats. You will find them here on a Telstra Gateway.

http://192.168.0.1 > Advanced > Broadband > DSL stats
