Hi,
Currently connected to Telstra Velocity on 100 / 5 Mbps plan. The plan speed no longer appears on bills etc, but i'll assume for now that it hasn't changed at all. (Speed tests reveal that this is still the case)
Is it possible to get plans that include a higher upload rate?
5Mbps just isn't enough for my requirements as i frequently work from home with video conferencing equipment. As well as upload large design documents for clients.
The upload speed is the limiting factor, is there anyway to increase this on a normal home Velocity plan? Thanks.

It doesn't look like NBN will be rolled out in Telstra Velocity areas as NBN sees the areas as "Adequately Served" and its doubtful that Telstra will let go of their monopoly market in these areas without a very lucrative offer. (There are currently no resellers on the Velocity network). Apparently the best way forward is to file a complaint, if enough complaints are submitted through the complaints form they'll take it seriously and may fix it. https://say.telstra.com.au/customer/general/forms/Email-Complaint.
With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
