I am paying for Premium NBN speeds of 100Mb/s. We have been getting over 30 Mb/s for the past couple of years consistently. For the past month our speed has dropped to 3Mb/s and constantly drops out. When trying to escalate, the Telstra supervisor tells me that the maximum I can ever get in my area is 5 Mb/s due to NBN infrastructure. When I ask how does he explain that I’ve been getting over 30Mb/s consistently for years, he cannot explain that and tells me it can’t be proven. Cant even update apps on my phone or watch Netflix on 3 Mb/s. Does this sound right to anyone???
