Home Broadband daily usage meter

Is anyone else experiencing usage meter for home broadband is not updating daily. Says I used 0GB for 2 weeks then 900GB in 1 day. Received an alert that I have used nearly all data. My normal monthly usage is only 200-300GB. Phoned Telstra to report but they were of no help.

yep, have seen this... in 24x7 app it says "cannot retrieve data" for sometime 2 weeks, then one day it works. never said 0GB though.

Yesterday however it said i used 900GB in a day, i've been over 200GB in a month only once or twice. it's clearly buggy
