I’ve moved into a new townhouse (it’s 1 year old) and I have a Velocity internet modem and the modem has to be in the garage where the nbn box is. When I first plugged it in I was getting a great internet connection, a week later, it’s so bad I can’t even download a YouTube clip. I haven’t been able to get hold of anyone on the 132203 number. Any ideas?
If you have velocity Id reconmend calling the velocity team on 13 22 00 and say Velocity or if youre on NBN youll need to call 1800 834 273. NBN and velocity are two different types on Fibre internet services
Thank you. That number (like all the others) keep saying “that area is closed now and will be open from 8am tomorrow”. That’s what I got Friday arvo, yesterday and today. I guess they work strictly business hours. The problem is I can’t call in those times 🤬
