How long does it take to get a call back from Level 2?

Ive been awaiting call back from Telstra Level 2 for 2 weeks now, every time I contact Im told they cant transfer me and they have to send an email to get them to call me back. out of 10 times I've called, I've had 1 call back. not great odds would you agree? 

 

they put a service on the line on thursday, that would slow it down, but allow them to monitor it, and they said would stop the drop outs, otherwise it would be the modem. Drop outs are still occuring.

 

Modem drops connection and drops 2.4ghz wireless too, but at different stages. 5ghz wireless seems OK.

 

Any chance of a call back???

You can check your address for maintenance or unplanned outages here 

I'd recommend logging in here and complete the troubleshooting as it may help if it's a simple fix, but also helps speed up the fault reporting process if you need to call our tech team on 133933.

 

NBN customers should call us on 1800 834 273

 

If you're having trouble getting this resolved or investigated, you're welcome to raise a complaint through our online form here & a dedicated case manager will be assigned to work with you to resolve the matter. 

 

Upon submitting, you can expect contact within 5 business days & we'll aim to resolve within 10 business days. Depending on the issue, in some cases it may take longer to resolve.

Call backs can't be arranged here as this is only a community forum. When your service drops what lights change on your modem?
