IPv6 DNS servers - FTTN

Noticed IPv6 DNS server(s) have suddenly appeared the last few days.

 

Is there any benefits keeping both IPv4 and IPv6 enabled on the modem and local network?

The only advantage in keeping both IPv6 and IPv4 enabled is to provide backward compatibility for old devices that don't support IPv6.
