Just got cable modem yesterday, currently plugged in and on the web page of the modem it says "your cable service is working normally. You are connected online" but laptops connected by Ethernet or wifi to it cannot get internet. Any ideas what's wrong?
Has your modem been registered? You'll need to go to register.bigpond.com/cable.do if that doesn't work you'll need to call support on 132200. I'd recommend writing down your MAC address of the cable modem that connects to the coaxial cable from the wall. It should be on the bottom and look like ab:12:cd:34:ef:56
