The past few weeks our internet has been very tempermental. People around our town has said their’s has too. But the past 2 days, our household’s devices connect but no pages will load. I went on the 10.0.0.138 site and ran a connectivity check and it has a red cross next to ‘PPP’. Is that something we can fix? or a problem with the wider area? Telstra says there are no outages in the area but businesses are all saying their bigpond internet is down. Also, resetting the modem does not seem to improve anything.
If the Telstra outage page has no known issues and you have run through the basic troubleshooting and cable checks, then the next step would be contacting the technical support team so that the network connection can be investigated. Their number is 133933 for ADSL/Cable or 1800834273 for NBN
