I seem to be constantly having issues with my internet service. It goes on and off consistantly throughout the day. is is not the first time I have contacted Telstra about this issue. It has literally gone out twice just since trying to send this message. I have done the trouble shooting, it's not on my end. I have checked "scheduled maintenance" and nothing comes up to suggest I should be having problems. Yet it still goes out? It has just gone out again, Three times in the last ten minutes. Two red lights on the modem. "Sorry, unable to complete the action you requested." I now have to wait to send this until the green lights come back on. I pay 80+ dollars a month, I do not understand what services I am paying for, if I cannot use them when I need to.
If you've performed all the troubleshooting on your end, including an isolation test, then the next step is to call tech support on 133937 and report the fault. They can then work on identifying the possible cause.
