Internet drops out !!

Details

-I have run line tests theres no jitter,slow speeds,im not far from my exchange either

-Have run a isolation test and kept it that way and its still the same

 

Problem

-Every 30mins or so my internet drops out for about 2-3mins before reconnecting again,this is frustrating cause im

quite the keen gamer and hate interuptions,also it mucks up things im downloading.

I only recently had a tech check my exhcange due to poor speeds and turned out my (MDF PORT) was loose and needed to be plugged in properly -_-.

Those drops are fairly uniform, so it may be a little more going on that requires more in-depth testing. I'll send you a PM with a link to our online form to grab some details off you Smiley Happy

I'm having the same issue,it's been going on for 1 week now,it's getting frustrating..tried everything what need to be done,still keeps on dcing.

I received a notice from Telstra about a month ago saying that they had upgraded our local exchange. Since then the internet keeps dropping out and the speed has dropped off dramatically. Our neighbours are having the same problem. A Telstra Tech has attended one of our neighbours place 3 times and things have not improved at all.

Not the experience that we like to hear of at all and I am sorry that your service has not been working correctly since the upgrade was completed Smiley Sad

 

I am only able to get a look into any possible outages that may be affecting your location, so would need confirmation of your postcode and connection type to see if there is anything listed that may be causing these issues. Once I can rule this out then I will be happy to have this escalated to the Social Media Tech guys queue for further assistance later today.
