Internet extremly slow even after bill paid

I had an outstanding bill that overdue for 3 days, after realising that, i paid straight away and 1 day later, it update on my account that the bill has been paid. However, my speed is extremely slow and couldn't even be able to check emails. Would anyone has any ideas?

Hi ADTR,

 

If your service speeds have not been resumed after paying the outstanding bill then the billing team may have to remove this manually through live chat HERE or on 132200.

One other thing to try if not done already is to leave the modem off for a few minutes to force a new connection request through.
