Cant get onto telstra support here. We have had no PPP here (Innisfail QLD) from about 6pm ish.
I would assume that the hailstorm would have something to do with it.
As far as I know, Townsville wasn't affected by the hail storm in Brisbane last week. Most of the impact was localised to the Brisbane region.
If you don't have access to the internet, I would suggest:
- checking the service status page for any outages in your area: http://servicestatus.telstra.com/
- performing an isolation test (assuming that you have ADSL) http://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/General-Internet-KB/How-to-perform-an-Isolation-Test/ta-p/5501...
- contacting Tech Support on 133 933 if you continue to experience difficulties.
