Internet spee

I have adsl2 plus and average speeds of 5 to 6 Mbps was told by Telstra this is at the upper end of the low range and is acceptable my 4 G Vodafone gets speeds of just below 20 Mbps is this acceptable of ADSL2 ?

A stable ADSL service will generally run between 3Mbps and 20Mbps depending on how far you are from the exchange.

It's certainly not an ideal connection, but if there is no actual line fault in play, then it is fine.
