Hey Attia,

If you are after help with why it is running slower than you expect we might need some more information to be able to try help you.

Things that are helpful are:
- The type of internet connection (ADSL, Cable, NBN)
- The speed you are currently obtaining ( is a good starting point)
- Your connection stats if it is an ADSL connection (are in the modem control panel and the ones which are helpful are line speed, sync speed, noise, line attenuation)
- What modem are you using? Are you using any extenders or anything like that?
- If you connect over Wi-Fi have you tried connecting directly to the modem via cable - are the results significantly different?
