Iphones & Ipad not able to join network

Just joined Telstra cable. Computer set up by tech support.  When complted found  Iphone & Ipad not accepting Bigpond password. "Unable to joint the network Bigpond243".  Really annoyed as technician on site to connect cable had problem completing so he contacted Telstra. Technician  told that the problem would be fixed off site. How do we get Iphones & Ipad connected.  Also our house is tiny but connection does not work at other end of house.  Can someone please help with my two problems. Many thanks.

Hey Marymarvel,

 

It's definitely strange that the devices can't connect. It's possible the Wi-Fi password you are using is incorrect. What model modem do you have? I can give you instructions on how to check this, as well as some steps we can complete to possibly get the Wi-Fi functioning better.
