Is it possible to complete a moving order during these times?

I have applied to have my internet/phone move to a new address over a week ago. My order has been put on hold due to technicalities. I've tried calling several times provide the residence information required to process moving order. It is not possible to complete this over the internet and I can't get a hold of anyone. I am moving tomorrow, the residence I will be moving to has very limited -no mobile phone coverage.

I don't know what to do.
