Issue with username

The tboxsetup site won't accept my bigpond.com email address. I and several telstra reps have tried it on three different browsers, two computers and two mobile devices. So it's definitely an issue with my actual username/account.

 

I have had my password reset four times.

 

When I click the forgot username/password link, the form to retrieve my username/password won't accept my bigpond.com email address.

 

Somehow a rep registered my tbox yesterday. No one can tell me how he did this though.

 

Anyway, I've spent hours on the phone. All I want is for my foxtel to work so I can watch the ANZAC league test tomorrow night. My Internet works fine as do the limited bigpond channels. Anyone else had this issue solved for them?
