I have logged a call with Telstra support just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and had it resolved. I have a Telstra smart modem and everything has been fine until yesterday. I couldn’t connect to the internet. I noticed I don’t have a light on for either the 4g back up or the phone. But both other lights are green but no connection. Spent hours on phone yesterday with Telstra but has been escalated to nbn team. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue
