Magenta Light on but not switching over to Green Online.

I've been messaged that I've been connected to the Mobile Network on my Smart Modem and have looked up all the possible fixes and have reset the modem about 5 times now. I just don't understand how or why it's not switching back over to the Green Online light.
I do have an Nbn Box that it is connected through to the DSL but it's still Magenta.

Please help me.

If you have a FTTP connection try one of the other UNI-D ports on the NTD box.

The NBN box should be connected to the red WAN port on the modem.

Is link light green on the modem and are all the lights on NBN NTD box there normal colour?

Link light is not even on.

Got it fixed. Was using the wrong UNI-D Port. Thank you.

I am still connected to the mobile network and the magenta light is on for online

I have been told it will be fixed by Monday 20/05/19 but nothing has happened

Suggest you contact Telstra support. If your not satisfied with effort being made to fix your service you could lodge a complaint by dialing 132200 and when asked reason for call say complaint or use online form.
