Not sure if anyone from telstra is on here with experience of the bigpond cable platform. I've been trying to determine what is wrong with my cable in mitchelton 4053. The power went down yesterday, and came back up after 2 hours but the cable didnt. For a few hours you had a status message for Mitchelton-4053 but that was marked as resolved yesterday evening.
I have been asking @telstra on twitter and aparently there is a problem effecting some users in 4053 but they cant comment if Echo street is amoung them ?
