Hi, my home adsl internet keep dropping out every hour, call Telstra technician and they checked and said they are not train to reset T hub. It had a similar occasion 12 days ago and a technician actually come to my house and check the line. Was reported a line failed. 12 days later it happen again. The lady on the phone suggest it could be the modem problem.
Try running the troubleshooter at https://fix.telstra.com (it can be run from your mobile phone if your landline internet isn't working). Note the reference number that it gives you at the end so that you can give it to the call centre when you need to call back.
Unfortunately, the T-Hub hasn't been supported for a couple of years now, so the consultants wouldn't know what to do with that, but if your internet is out as well, then the T-Hub would be irrelevant.
Which model modem are you using?
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
