My internet speed has halved.

Speeds have halved over the last month. Seems to be staying that way. Is there any issue with my line?

The receive noise margin is almost double the noise margin on a normal DSL connection which could explain why the download speed is half what it used to be. The noise margin is normally increased if a stability profile has been applied to your link due to stability issues on the connection.

Dif you used to suffer from drop outs before the decrease in speed?

Thanks for your prompt reply. I didnt experience any drop outs before the reduction in speeds.

After doing some background reading, it appears that dynamic line managrment (DLM) has been triggered with a line speed of 6140. Is there an easy way to reset this?

Hi Stef, unfortunately I could not get DLM disabled using chat or phone help. I lodged a complaint (SR 1-1827158746784), however can not get in contact with my case manager. Could you please forward my case to someone who can disable DLM on my account? Thanks.
