My nbn still restricted 60 hours after bill has been paid.Was supposed to be lifted within 2 hours. Have spoken to telstra customer support 3 times and spent around 2 hours on the phone with no answers just apologies that don't mean a thing! A huge waste of my time when they can't give me any reason why it hasn't been done! I cannot get Telstra 24x7 Chat to work either so how am i supposed to resolve this! Very unhappy customer at the moment

Have your services come back online since you posted this on Saturday morning?
If not, are you able to check your My Account https://tel.st/mchsk or 24x7 app to see if you have any balances showing as overdue?
