NBN FTTN moving from existing provider to Telstra

So,On July 16th I signed up on the Telstra website for a home phone + internet bundle (I already had both with an existing provider, Aussie broadband) The signup went smoothly and I was also to receive a new smart modem as well as a Telstra TV. Received a E-mail confirmation that the order would be processed in around 24 - 48 hours. Fast forward to today,  The phone service was disconnected about a week ago, but internet is still through the existing provider. And I have not received the new modem or Telstra TV. So I am wondering has something gone wrong with my order, or is it normal for it to take this long?

 

Any advice or help would be much appreciated !

It should only take a few business for delivery of equipment unless in a remote locality. Suggest you ring Telstra NBN support 1800834273 to find out why you have not received your equipment.
