NBN Fail!

I got switched to NBN and have dropouts every 30-60mins. this is after being charged for a plan for a month and a half with tier 50 speeds even though I was given tier 25...till I advised of the mistake (no apology or credit) now it keeps dropping out... my mobile plan is up in may, definitely will be looking elsewhere!

There could be a fault on your line. Log in to gateway and check for errrors other than FEC errors.

Same happened from me paid for tier 50 got 25 which took over a dozen calls to fix Ditch the Telstra modem and get a good third party modem that will solve the dropout issue

Hi, 

 

For the drop out issues I'd recommend reporting this to our nbn support team so they can investigate this.  It would be helpful if you logged the time and date of these drop outs for a few days as this will help them in the investigation.

 

The nbn support team can be contacted on 1800 834 273 (say Faults when prompted)
