NBN Fail

I ordered NBN 4 weeks ago, Telstra had to flick a switch, it took 2 weeks. I’m still waiting to get connected. Mind you they have started billing me for a service they haven’t provided. Spent hours on phone calls and matter has been high priority exculated several times, still not working. Does anyone recommend another server to connect NBN
