I am trying to help a friend out. They had NBN recently installed in their small business (restaurant) and this obviously came with a new phone service. The problem is the service was installed with a new phone number. Their business relies on incoming phone calls. They have managed to get their old number forwarded to a mobile phone, but need to get their landline number changed to their advertised number quickly and for some reason this is not happening.
How can I get this rolling for them as it is fairly urgent.

They need to give 132000 a call and speak to a consultant (you can't do that for them unless you are authorised on their account).
It shouldn't take more than 4 hours after the call to get it working.
