NBN Order Reference Number

I've ordered my NBN bundle 10 days ago and haven't heard anything since.  I've tried to put in my 'Order Reference Number' to track how it is going but it says it isn't compatible. 

My questions is - Should I have received some sort of notification by now to say when it will be switched to the NBN?  And who can I contact?  I have tried 2 different numbers unsuccessfully.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

As Jupiter advised, calling Telstra's NBN team on 1800 834 273 would be the best option in this case.
