Hi,
I'm about to order the $99 NBN plan on the Telstra website. It says you get the frontier modem, but during the ordering process on the first page it selects the standard modem and the frontier modem is an additional $16 /mth? Can I proceed with order and hopefully get the frontier modem the table says you get on the telstra.com website?
Also want to cancel NBN order I placed yesterday as they changed the plans today, but no one in Telstra can find my online NBN order number NA88973187

Ah ok its for new Telstra Customer only. So moving from Telstra ADSL to Telstra NBN is not classed as new, Doh!
