NBN Planned outage has again kicked us off broadband

  • Planned outage on 4 Feb advised to us by NBN, service disrupted of non exist since. No emails for two days. Three calls  to Telstra so far, all the lights on the Telstra modem so must be in our system but all broadband to devices affected. A week of phone dropouts prior to 4 Feb. NBN hopeless as same story last time they conducted an upgrade in our area.
