Anyone else in Scarborough Qld unhappy about switching to NBN? I really wish I stayed with ADSL. It may have been slower but it was relliable. My service now drops out often, say two to three times a week. Then I call Telstra and waste 30 to 60 minutes doing all the silly checks before they report the problem. By the time someone from Telstra gets back to me, which takes 2 to 3 weeks, the service is working again. Then it drops out and I start another cycle wasting my time reporting the fault. Now I just put up with and wait until I'm online again because that's what you end up doing if you report the problem. I'm very unhappy that I made the switch.
