I was supposed to get a refund for our NBN line speed not being reached but after 3 contacts it has not gone through. A couple days ago when I went to the Telstra website there was a notice explaining the issues and a phone number but today I cannot find that message or phone number. What is it and is there a page that describes the options.
I know I could call 132200 (I have done that 3 times ad despite promises to credit my phone bill is now `overdue').
Also, I was never offered the option to cancel without an ETF, even though I was signed up (by Nov 5) to the 100.40 plan and no hope of getting it, we're on FTTN.
