NBN dropouts still after Arris modem replcaed

We had an NBN tech out today and they replaced our NBN Arris modem which had been stuck on just a power LED. We have already had this modem replaced at Easter this year for similar issues. Have been running on 4G but it's pretty sluggish and i recently had to get the speed limit throttling taken off until they fixed the fixed line issue as it maxewd out. This also took longer as the fist support engineer didn't know how to turn this off so i had to get a callback!

 

Coax Internet will drop out and 4G will come online in a few minutes, but then it will try and fail back once the cable comes back online. Happens intermittently and is now worse after getting the modem swapped out today.

 

Connection never drops to the local Telstra Smart Modem (Gen2), only out to the public Internet. 

 

I have attached logs below from the latest event this evening. Any assistance would be appreciated as this now the 3rd time i've gone through this process in about a year.

Thanks for the reply.

 

Yes i have talked to Telstra support several times, each time taking an hour or so to run through their troubleshooting procedures, before eventually getting to the stage of booking in an NBN technician. Have had 3 of them out in the past 12 months and everything has been swapped out except for the actual cable from the pit outside our house to our connection point at the front of our house.

 

I currently have the cable internet unplugged as it's too unreliable so just running off a 6Mb 4G connection which isn't great value for money TBH.

 

What would you recommend? I don't really want to waste more hours of my time on the phone to Telstra support. Can this be escalated directly with NBN?
