Anyone know how to actually contact Telstra to get NBN cutover from POTS/ADSL?
Last week I received a message to call back Paige on 1800 771 401.
I've called several times now. Each time I've been on hold for over half an hour, with ZERO indication of what the wait time is likely to be before giving up.
I have also tried calling early in the morning - went straight to messagebank, where I left my name, number & reason for calling. No call back.
Do Telstra want my business?
