You can either give 1800 834 273 a call and speak to a consultant, or the less frustrating starting point would be to hop on your mobile and go to https://fix.telstra.com and follow the troubleshooting steps (it can do remote troubleshooting from the Telstra end as well). If it fails to get you up and running, it gives you a reference number to give to the phone/livechat consultants so you can bypass the initial troubleshooting again.
