Have had NBN for about 5 weeks now and suddenly the speed has slowed dramatically. Website told me to go into My Account and it would show the situation. I have done this and my account says nothing about exceeding the speed. In all the years I have been with Telstra I have never exceeded my allowance.
NBN speed pathetically slow. There is no problem with my modem but since Friday the speed has dropped dramaticallly and i have been having dropout problem with mail. What is going on with Telstra. I am meant to be getting speed of 80-100mb
