It's been 10 days without internet and phone. Telstra Faults say need someone to come to house and book it in for me. Within 20 mins get text NBN say no need for home visit fault will be fixed by 31st Dec. This has happened three times in 10 days. Guess what still not working and now number just puts you on hold and after 30 min disconnects you. WTF

Hi Kim011

 

There can be times where NBN are not willing to book requested appointments as they cannot find an issue in the network and they require further troubleshooting to be able to escalate further. You should have a link sent via SMS or email from the faults team that will organise a callback so they can followup with you about the case.

Hi there. I would contact the telecommunications ombudsman. The service and the manner in which you were treated is very poor. You should not have to stand for this rubbish standard.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
