How can I have had 7 appointments to my house and still have no internet? Have Telstra and NBN manage it for you. I have now been told after the 3rd appointment by an NBN technician, that he can;t do the job as it is to the 1st floor. WHY the previous 2 didn't point this out to me or the numerous Telstra Call Centre staff I have told that I needed this done is beyond a joke! On the phone again and I can;t get any help because I have to wait another 48 hours for the useless NBN rep to update the status on my job!! I have been with Optus for 15 years and decided to move across to Telstra as back in December I was told by Optus I would have to wait until the 02/02/2018 to be connected. Guess what, I would have been ecstatic to have received it last month. Off to the TIO I go.
